CREATING BETTER BUFFERS ON THE SHORELINE

The best way for waterfront properties owners to protect the quality and health of the lake is to do all they can to prevent erosion and runoff. Helping the flow of rain water to get filtered through buffers before the shoreline instead of picking up harmful nutrients or toxic chemicals is enormously important. Please join us in doing the best you can to create better buffers along the shoreline. There are many ways you can do so and helpful resources you can learn from.
